Mikaela was born in 1984. Her ethnicity is Italian-Iranian. She was born and raised to be a part of Colbert, Washington, USA. At the age of 2 She began dancing classes as well as later taking part in school productions. Then, she began to appear as a child model in commercials. After graduating from the theatre program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, she joined Loyola Marymount University in USA for further studies. Her career in the field began in 2007 with the release of the film "Frank.' In the film 'Sorority Forever', she was the lead actress. In the following film, she portrayed the leading role in "Humanzee" after auditioning before famous director James Gunn. In the following years, she appeared on James Gunn & Peter Safran X-Box Show Sparky & Mikaela as a leading actor. Hoover first appeared in American films in the year 2010 when she was in the film 'How I Met Your Mother. Her other acting credits include the James Gunn-directed movie "Super".
