Mikaela was born in 1984. Her parents are Italian and Iranian. Her birthplace was and she grew as a child in Colbert, Washington, USA. From the age of 2, she began to take dancing classes. Then, later on she took part in school productions. Then, she began appearing in local commercials as a child model. She earned her bachelor's degree in theater in Loyola Marymount University, which is situated in LA. Mikaela first made her appearance in 2007 when she appeared in a movie titled Frank. Hoover was first seen in American productions in 2010 when she was featured as a character in "How I Met Your Mother". Other credits for her acting include James Gunn's directed film "Super".
